Marcia Travatello of Glen Cove, on April 16, 2023 passed away after a brief illness. Loving wife of Salvatore ("Mr. Trav") for over 65 years. Cherished mother to Lisa (Brandon) Curran and Bob (Patricia). Adoring grandmother to Briana, Christian, Connor and Patrick. Loving god-mother to Laura Maciag.

A shining light in the Glen Cove School District for over 12 years, "Mrs. Trav" will be remembered by many for her smile, her good heart and love of colleagues, students and many friends in the Glen Cove community.

Visitation Wednesday, April 19, from 3:30pm  to 7pm at the Mclaughlin Kramer Megiel Funeral Home 220 Glen St., Glen Cove, NY 11542. Funeral Mass Thursday, 10am at the Church of St. Rocco in Glen Cove followed by  interment at the Cemetery of St. Charles on Farmingdale.
