Linda Sue Alletto, born on 6/12/1943 in Brooklyn New York, peacefully passed away on 6/25/2022 surrounded by her children and grandchildren.

Daughter to Peter Calabrese from Palermo ,Italy and Linda Iorio Calabrese from vietri Sul Mare, Italy, Linda was Married to the late Eugene Alletto in 1967 and had four children ; Eugene, the late Michael, Keith and Danielle. Daughters-in-law Diana, Melissa, Ann Marie, sons-in-law Vinny and Danny .

Grandmother of 12, Taylor, Alec, Jack, Matthew, Emma, Andrew, Gabriella, Sophia, Olivia, Isabella, Amanda and Andrew.

Linda was a strong, kind and compassionate women. She was a caretaker by heart which was seen through her 52 years of a nursing career. She took care of her family with pride and joy.

Linda's favorite moments were when she was with her children and grandchildren. She had a passion for cooking, gardening, singing, dancing and playing the piano. She had a love for her dogs.

Anyone who entered Linda's home was treated like family and given a good meal even if they were not hungry!

Linda had a perspective on the world that was continuously used and engraved in the families daily-life. Her motto was, "Never give up, just keep going" and this will endlessly be the Alletto's attitude no matter any circumstance.

Linda was Loved by all and always gave more and never expected anything in return.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

Visitation at McLaughlin Kramer Megiel Funeral Home, 220 Glen Street, Glen Cove on Tuesday, June 28th., 3-5 and 7-9 pm.

Funeral Mass at the Church of St. Boniface, 145 Glen Ave., Sea Cliff, Wednesday 11 am.

Interment, Holy Rood Cemetery, 111 Old Country Road in Westbury, NY.
