Anthony Petrella of Glen Cove passed away suddenly on November 1 ^st 2022. Loving and devoted husband of 67 years to Doris, nee Nesky. Loving father of Anthony, Christopher, Michael, the late Emanuel "Manny" and William. Beloved grandfather of Danielle, Alexis, William, James, Gianna and Isabella. Great-grandfather of Gabrielle, Autumn, Amira and Alyssa. Loving brother-in-law to Althea, Robert Nesky, Linda, Jeanie (the late Steve) and Gretchen.

Anthony proudly served his country during the Korean conflict in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge number 1458 and was a past Exalted Ruler from 1977 to 1978.

Visitation is on Thursday, November 3 ^rd 2022, from 4 to 7 pm at McLaughlin Kramer Megiel Funeral Home, 220 Glen Street, Glen Cove, NY. Mass is on Friday, November 4, 10 am at the Church of St. Hyacinth, Glen Cove followed by interment, Long Island National Cemetery.
